org.eclipse.ocl.doc.source plugin doesn't contain about.html

Inspecting the generated repo from our last Tools build, I confirm that the doc.source plugin now contains the about.html file.

Commit efaf31869dd7a7d302a72dafe8791ab3720a4196

Resolving as fixed.
