Description Lukas Oppikofer CLA 2012-02-02 09:19:30 EST
Build Identifier: Indigo release: 20110615-0604, m2e: 1.0.100.20110804-1717

If Project facet is selected as ‘Dynamic Web Module’ and in the category ‘Maven’ of the project properties the option ‘Resolve dependencies from Workspace projects’ is selected then this does not work. If changed code is available in the workspace it is not recognized and is not resolved as promised by the selected option.
This feature works fine for project facets which are not a Dynamic web module.

see attachment.

problem also exists in Red Hat Linux Release 6.0 (Santiago)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select project facet 'Dynamic web module'
2.select option 'Resolve dependencies from workspace projects' in Maven tab of project properties
3.modify code of depending project
4.run code which depends on modified code

m2e (an Eclipse project) does not provide integration with wtp. For reporting m2e/wtp problems, please use https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MECLIPSEWTP
