Build Identifier: M20110210-1200

Created a feature patch, and exported it as a deployable feature. However, the feature is not being picked up by Eclipse install if the installation folder is "Program Files" or "Program Files(x86)" on a Windows 7 64-bit installation.
Tried launching Eclipse as Administrator as well.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
