Since the introduction of new orbit deps, the jetty-aggregates now include all of the orbit dep classes as well.

jetty-all aggregate has been completed.
However, the old 7.5.4 jetty-all at 
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/eclipse/jetty/aggregate/jetty-all/7.5.4.v20111024/jetty-all-7.5.4.v20111024.jar

includes references to various jasper/geronimo artifacts.

oddly, it appears that the 7.5.4 jetty-all is bad in this regard.
It doesn't have all of the classes it probably was intended to have.

Actually, the central-orbit-repo branch should have already contained fixes for the aggregates for the orbit deps.
