we currently have no doc on the wiki regarding:
- URL bindings
- command parameters
- slideouts and the parameter collector

we should also have a styleguide
- capitalization
- icon vs. text vs....

jsdoc is fairly up to date but should be scrubbed.

The parameters are now included by example in the developer doc.  We mention URL bindings but don't cover them in detail.  We mention them again when referring the user to the jsdoc.

this is covered in bug 369867

already did what we did for RC3, jsdoc is frozen now
