produces the output "... try vsh help plan". This should say "... try help plan".

Flagging as helpwanted because this would be a very easy one for someone to cut their teeth on.

Fixed so that it actually says "... try help vsh:plan" which is better for commands which occur in more than one scope.

Fix is kernel commit e00dc910d48e3e53f17d670ccc09a5beb0427a12.
