This ticket is for tracking discussion and work related to monitoring Long
Term Support (LTS) services such as hudson, maven/nexus, downloads, and the hardware they run on.

It is very likely the same monitoring mechanisms we use for the community infrastructure can be re-used for LTS. If so, this ticket merely tracks the work to enable it.
