I can't see the Javadoc on hover.
It seems that it reads the Javadoc but cannot display it.
I said it can read the Javadoc because the popup window size is different for different element I hovered.
But the popup window only display blank window. I can press F2 for supposed-to-be-long Javadoc such as the String class and see that the popup window changed, but still nothing is displayed.
This happened after I repair my Windows XP installation using the Windows XP installation CD. The repair is the full repair, that goes through the initial setup process, not the command-line repair tool.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Eclipse on Windows XP
2. Repair Windows XP installation using Windows XP Install CD
3. Restart, open Eclipse
4. Hover on any element (with Javadoc hover on), then blank popup window is displayed.

- Do you see the Javadoc in the Javadoc view?
- Does the internal browser work?

I see nothing as well in the Javadoc view.
And yes, the internal browser does not work (I tried opening generated Javadoc on internal browser, but it showed nothing - the "Stop loading current page" button does not turn off)

Which version of IE are you using and does IE work at all?

I just found out that the IE was converted back to IE6, and I can't type directly in the address bar (Error: The requested lookup key was not found).

It seems that I have to fix this one first? How to fix that?

I guess the easiest is to install the latest IE.
