When creating or editing a ItemDefinition with kind = information, it currently displays a free format edit field to allow the user to specify any value - however previously it displayed the import dialog to allow the user to select the message type from imported schemas, which also indirectly added the appropriate import statement (and namespace prefix mapping).

It would be good to have the previous import dialog approach re-instated.
