I agree we want descriptions in the HTML title (tab and history) but I rather like the Orion page title area saying "Git" since the breadcrumb scopes the page further. Similarly to how we just have "Navigator" and then the document title also includes resource info. My suggestion is: - for the list of repos "Repositories - Git" - for a repo "[repoName] - Git", eg. "org.eclipse.orion.client - Git" - for branches, tags "Tags on [repoName] - Git" e.g. "Branches on org.eclipse.orion.client - Git" - for a commit "[commitName] on [repoName] - Git" e.g. "82724d05e61a8fc0795ae4acfc7975438c239ab4 on org.eclipse.orion.client - Git" It would make it similar to the navigator title, where we have "/org.eclipse.orion.client - Navigator" or "/Orion Projects - Navigator" |
