Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2012-01-30 13:38:13 EST
Many commit records in an arbitrary Git repository represent merges that contain no actual intellectual property. These should just be ignored by Git.

Git commits with no files are now ignored when looking for contributions. Marking as FIXED.
