For fields with persons, we should show the real name instead of the userid. Afaik, this works for readonly fields but not for editable fields.
My suggestion would be to display the "real name <username>" and exchange with "username" once the attribute editor gains focus.

Content assist now shows the fullname in addition to the id (if connectors support that). I agree that the presentation in the Task Editor could be improved as well.
