I created a self-hosted site, but I cannot see the bottom of the UI, I can't add new URLs.

If you make the browser full screen then you can scroll down.

this comes and goes, I don't why.

I sometimes see this too.

It seems to happen initially if you load a site with a lot of mappings (eg. a self-hosting setup), the first time you click "Add" the menu expands downward out of the viewport. However, in my case I at least get a vertical scrollbar so I can scroll down and access the menu.

The next time you click Add, the menu behaves correctly.

Duping to bug 383035, as that bug has more details and a fix.
