Description Mark Macdonald CLA 2012-01-27 19:09:48 EST 
When:
- A site configuration has 2 mapping rules that both match an incoming URL
- One rule is a more specific match than the other
- The more specific match doesn't work (i.e. the workspace file doesn't exist)

The second rule is never tried.
