1. Create a site with one rule:
 Path                         Server Path
 http://orion.eclipse.org     /
2. Start the site, and try to access some path that 404s, like /blah.txt
3. The Orion server logs a stack trace. This is just noise -- returning the 404 code to the user is sufficient.

Also suppressed logging to the server log when the remote host can't be found.
