The patched versions of dojo and dojox located in org.eclipse.orion.client.core/org.eclipse.orion.client.core/web/dojo need to be given priority over the release version.

Need to add rules:
- Folder: [client_core_repo]/bundles/org.eclipse.orion.client.core/web/dojo 
- Server path: /org.dojotoolkit/dojo

- Folder: [client_core_repo]/bundles/org.eclipse.orion.client.core/web/dojox
- Server path: /org.dojotoolkit/dojox

to the "convert to self-hosting" action.

You will need to recreate your self-hosting site and clear your browser cache for this to take effect.
