We have to switch the table widget to the new customization and facet framework.

I've committed a huge contribution (more than 300 files) to switch the table to the new customization and facet framework.

Committed revision:  1587-1591.

I've haven't fixed the test data file, the non-regression test will then fail.

To fixed this bug, I've added the following literal query in the efacet-0.2.0 meta-model : 
 - NullLiteralQuery
 - FalseLiteralQuery
 - TrueLiteralQuery
