You can find e4 downloads are at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads. e4 0.12 repository is at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/drops/S-0.12M4-201112092100/repository/ Why did you close this bug? A freshly installed 4.2M5 throws the mentioned error on any attempt to install/update anything. http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.12 should not be in the initial set of available sites, but it is.
