One of the changes for bug 357327 was that the file system_view.gif was deleted from the icons/full/etool16 folder in the plugin org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.sql.ui.  This was done by mistake and didn't have anything to do with the other changes that were part of that bug fix.

This bug is to restore the system_view.gif icon.
