You can import a package from workspace by right click on the model.
After closing the model and reopening it, the before package import is empty. Thus, you have to redo the action to import. However, after redoingthe import action, all relations are retrieved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import package from workspace
2.Save and close the model
3.Reopen the model
4.Import package is empty
