The tab "Comments" of JavaScript Formatter settings is not fully visible in screen resolution 1440x900.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open menu Window - Preferences - JavaScript - Formatter.
2. Select JavaScript profile and press "Edit..." button.
3. Select tab "Comments" - its content is higher than available screen space in resolution 1440x900 (fieldset "Line width" is partially hidden and no scrollbar appears).
