We need to take rcp features/plugins from eclipse.platform.releng.git R4_HEAD, and add that to the tagging script in /org.eclipse.e4.releng/tagging/repositories.txt

John, could you review the /org.eclipse.e4.releng/org.eclipse.e4.sdk/maps map files with Bogdan and make sure that we're not getting anything else from old CVS (or we understand that's where it should be)?
