Recorded screencast showing flashing window

Version: 4.2.0
Build id: I20120123-2200
MacOS X Cocoa x86_64

I've recently noticed that tooltip windows cause a strange window flash. It doesn't happen every time, but almost every time. It can be triggered by just hitting F2 on some Java element. It's only been happening since I20120105.

I've attached a screencast of the flashing in action.

Confirmed that this occurs in the 3.8 stream too (build I20120125-1800)

Looks a lot like bug 356640. I hope the fix will solve the issue in the breadcrumb as well.
