Created attachment 209980 [details] schreenshot comparing 3.8 and 4.2 The content of the "Welcome" screen in 4.2 has what looks like unpainted padding around it, see the screenshot. Note that in 3.x "Welcome" screen has a border which is not present in 4.2.
