svnkit have released version 1.3.7 for better Subversion 1.7 compatability we should consider adopting this until svnkit 1.7 becomes available.

This is actually a work in progress and will be released very soon. I don't know how to assign an issue to myself, but I am working on it and I will give to Winston when complete.
