Please create a fresh git repository for tools.xtend.

I've created /gitroot/xtend .  You can init the repo with:

initrepo /gitroot/xtend/org.eclipse.xtend.reponame.git

The repository has been created. 

It's under git.eclipse.org/xtend/org.eclipse.xtend
