Actually, I had some pending changes that might make the top area look more similar to the overall look.  I might run those by you.

I talked to Ken and we agreed that he'll try to prepare a bigger logo for branding page and reuse it in login window, so those changes are temporary.

New style implemented, I'll change the login dialog style again, but I hope it to be re-designed soon by Ken to be same style as branding page.

Actually this was fixed in M2, I only forgot to mark it as fixed.
