While fixing bug 368379 and bug 368749, the minimum version for plugins org.eclipse.wst.common.frameworks and org.eclipse.wst.web should have been updated in org.eclipse.jst.j2ee and org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.ejb to be the latest, because of new constants added to these plugins.

In org.eclipse.jst.j2ee, it should be org.eclipse.wst.common.frameworks;bundle-version="[1.2.2,2.0.0)"

In org.eclipse.jst.j2ee, it should be org.eclipse.wst.web;bundle-version="[1.1.404,1.2.0)"

In org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.ejb, it should be org.eclipse.wst.web;bundle-version="[1.1.404,1.2.0)"
