To improve the performance of the new project wizard, and to reduce the number of files that are copied to a target project during deployment, we will modify the new project wizard to use the Dojo Remote project by default.

I was under the impression that this bug could not be resolved until Bug 363959 was resolved, or every RUI user would need to have a Dojo Remote Key.

Also, does the change made in the attached patch take Comment 1 into consideration?
