Document needs to be updated to discuss process with Gerrit in the picture.

Users can register multiple email addresses with Gerrit. Any of these email addresses may be used to identify the user in the commit or author fields. I've updated the wiki page to deal with this.

I've also opened Bug 369584 to address changes to Dash to leverage this information.
