The HPUX and AIX downloads (among others) should show click-through info when being downloaded.  It's there for 3.7.x stream downloads, but not for 3.8 and 4.2 downloads, though the content does appear to be in releng's project.

This is a side effect of our git migration.  Will run a test build tomorrow with other changes needed in the builder.
