We would like to move the code that provides full text search functionality for the Mylyn Task List from the Mylyn Incubator project to the Mylyn Tasks project. The code was written by David Green. As part of the move I would like to nominate David Green as a committer on Mylyn Tasks.

The following directories would move to the org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks Git repository:

 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.index.core
 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.index-feature
 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.index.tests
 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.index.ui

No existing CQs are affected. We'll file a new piggyback CQ for Lucene 2.9.1 once the code is moved.

A move review requires that the source project's IP Log be reviewed by the IP team. Can you please submit the log?

We move committers by electing them into the target project. Please start that election citing this this bug (and any others related to the implementation) as the nomination criteria.

Do any bugs need to move as part of this?

I can schedule the review as soon as I receive the approved IP Log.

The only bugs that needs to move are bug 191522 and bug 365224. We can move them by hand once the move review is approved.
