The command "org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.table.ui.workbench.command1" defined in  org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.table.ui.workbench appears in every context menu throughout Eclipse (Package Explorer, Problems view, etc.)

It should be limited to model elements.
