The Configurator should be able to provision installation on remote machines. Therefore, all  provisioning APIs must be available via REST-APIs

I will leave this open because "addRepository" and "removeRepository" are not provided currently as REST APIs. All  other provisioning APIs are already provided as REST APIs.
