New or changed dependencies can be introduced into projects during the build. For example, source feature (see bug 345234) calculates its dependencies based on source bundles actually available. eclipse-repository should include such dynamically calculated dependencies.

This has been implemented as part of bug 364134 and this functionality will be covered by source feature integration tests.
