The Gerrit connector should be improved based on the feedback from the UI review on the Mylyn call:

*Settings Page*
* "Logged in as...." should be moved into header as info
** Investigate link to open dialog for more details
** Open id dialog should have server information (bug 357991

*Query Page*
* Refresh button is missing (bug 364844)
* Consider making project input field a dropdown

*Task List*
* Remove task keys, consider showing in "()" as part of summary

*Editor Page*
* Project name in attributes is cut off 
* Gerrit change id looks like git commit and is incorrectly hyperlinked (bug 355868)
* Change id is duplicated in commit comment and attributes -- removed from description
* Links to build editor -> delegating hyperlink detector (bug 346046)
* Consider moving Submit, Abandon to its own section (e.g. top right), review-> collaborators/people
* When creating repository as part of fetch, fetch dialog is not shown
** Prompt to import projects on clone?
* Add structure to changes view and compare view for easy navigator
* Show comments that are being publishing
* Improve submit and abandon dialog
