Add tests that can be run within JPA test framework and be able to run on GlassFish & WebLogic (initially) with minimal configuration (for example, server.properties).

Need to build and deploy web application to the server, then using JAX-RS (jersey), manipulate data on the database. Verify changes to the data retrieved by using web URL.

checked in tests work fine on both GlassFish and WebLogic
