Autoformating on save has proven itself to be very useful in our company.

Unfortunatly, while format-on-save is available for java files, it's missing for xml/xhtml files.

Also format settings should be storable as project-specific settings, like format settings for java code. Otherwise every developer has to manually configure them and it's not possible to work on two projects with differnd format rules.

If someone knows a plugin enabling these features, please let me know.

Steps to Reproduce:
Format setting for xml-file are found in Preferences -> XML -> XML Files -> Editor -> Formatting

Format on save is already requested using bug 221696 and per-project settings through bug 248896.
