Delay of tooltips not applying when moving cursor directly from one field with tooltip to a different one with tooltip.
When having tooltips on all fields on a form, tooltips are displayed continously.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a form with at least two tooltipped fields beside each other
2. Move cursor to one of the fields / wait the tooltip to be displayed
3. Move curson to second field
=> 2nd Tooltip is displayed instantly

Closed. The bug is over 4 years old and does no longer seem relevant/important enough. In case you do not agree with closing it, reopen the bug and present your case (again), thanks.
