In the protocol, some colors are still given in "#RRGGBB" format instead of [ red, green, blue, alpha ], format.

All colors are now rendered as [ red, green, blue, alpha ]. Fixed WidgetLCAUtil#renderBackgroundGradient, WidgetLCAUtil#renderRoundedBorder and CTabFolderLCA#renderSelectionBackgroundGradient.
