Resource{bindingKey, propertiesFile} has been replaced with Resource{uri}. The javascript generation/runtime needs to be updated with these changes.

FVT test
eunit tests that use resource bindings ie service or database need to be updated.
@Resource will be flagged as an EGL error. Search for getResource and update according to the spec.
