Created attachment 209756 [details] Screen cap of the improper highlight In the replace preview, if you click on a checked match you will see a pair of highlights in the compare view. But if you click on an unchecked pair, it shows you a pair of highlights with different length. I think it is because the left side of the pair always take the replacing string length even though that match is not checked.
