As a result of HUDSON-9016, automatic JDK installation was disabled however rather than only removing the online installation option from Oracle, both the extract from archive and scripted installation options were removed, as documented here:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manage Hudson > Configure System
2. Under JDK, add a JDK 
3. Note the message in red: "JDK automatic installer temporarily disabled, please install JDK manually and specify valid JAVA_HOME"

Expected result:

The archive and script installation options should be available, rather than the entire dropdown being removed.
