cvs check out error message

Hi all,

I am trying to do cvs check out with eclipse with my credentials but it is not connecting showing some i/o errors.

I have checked the logs, there is not log file in .metadata folder.

I have attached a screen-shot which is showing the error.

I am able to check out every time out side eclipse with my credentials.

I have even tried with extssh settings no luck. 

This is completely blocking my automation work and Please help me ASAP!!

Any suggestion would be appreciated a lot!

I think it can be closed now. BIRT moved recently to git so your issue should not affect you.

Hi I am not sure here the reason of this error.

But now i am getting another error in CVS and created a new bug with the updated message (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=373469) could you please check and help me?

BIRT is no longer using CVS.  You should check out source from BIRT Git repository.
The URIs are listed at the bottom of the page: 
  http://git.eclipse.org/c/birt/org.eclipse.birt.git/
