Support for generation of ModeledViewmap in QVTO-Bridge

This patch brings support for generation of ModeledViewmap in QVTO-Bridge. It separates code for viewmap creation into two separate qvto libraries called Viewmaps and ModeledViewmaps. Preliminary test for ModeledViewmaps library is also included in this patch.
