I need a job for building the Xcore feature of EMF.  We'd like to use emf-xcore-head.  I'll have help from Dennis Hübner <dennis.huebner@itemis.de> with commiter ID dhubner to administer this.  Please give him permissions.  He'll need access to EMF's download area as well.  Please give him permissions for that.

I've created the job, and I've given Dennis access to that.

However I can't give him access to the EMF downloads area as he isn't an EMF committer(I only see membership to EMF.EMFindex).
