We should create a sample client using the new APIs in order to demonstrate the functionality

We should update those plugins to conform with the new API, except the merging example, since the RC1 will not support conflict detection & merging via an API.

ExampleSessionProvider

Hi, 
the session provider example doesn't include a session provider but gets the usersession in a regular way. See patch for proposed fix.

I'm closing this. Max did update the API examples for the 1.0.0 release.
