I was running with the "toRGB" plugin installed and things were fine.
I added the "upper case" plugin.
Now whenever I invoke (by keystroke or toolbar) the toRGB plugin, it does the upper case code.

Probably a silly mistake in the loop that produces the commands from the extension point, but I'm surprised no one has seen it.  I guess we're all running just one editor plugin most of the time.

yep.  It's the "variable in a for loop was assigned to an object".  Moved the command creation code to a function.
