I have Eclipse Indigo installed on my machine. I have JDT and Android SDK
installed. Most of the times when I exit eclipse (File-> Exit), one process
stays in process tree so when I open Eclipse again, I can see two processes in
process tree and it creates problem with Android DDMS

As mentioned in bug 368405, please open a bug with the Android plug-in tooling team.

If you can reproduce the bug without installing the Android ADT plug-in, let us know.
