Build Identifier: #44 Eclipse build

Going to http://localhost:8080/view/Default/people/ just hangs and never returns a page.

Going to the security realm works i.e. http://localhost:8080/securityRealm/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Hudson
2. Create a local user
3. Click on he People link on the main page.

A re-install of #44 with the same home solved the issue
